BYKMOR: A reminder. Hopefully a reminder. If not then a suggestion.

I bought my first 'adult' bike the summer after highschool. My aunt, with whom I was living that summer, called her sister and said, "Do you know how much your son just spent on a bicycle?!" Within 2yrs I spent almost 3X than on my first upgrade. Some 30yrs later I've spent even a bit more. Not extravagant, I think. Even an extravagant bicycle is not extravagant, I think.

The @Saltair NaClRcKt (Salt Rocket) was inspired by the cyclocross team (photo below) that framebuilder Matt Nelson started in 2024. Singlespeed, steel, salt, simple, and punk were all on the idea board. This bike is my manifestation of those ideas. I may be biased, but I think it's the coolest bike Matt has built.
